The Webster hardness tester  (clamp type ) is an instrument of light weight and can rapidly test the aluminium alloy hardness. It is easy for use, can test rapidly, and the hardness value can be read out directly, which is according  with China's nonferrous standard YS/T420 and American standard ASTM B647, is one of two of the instruments

recommended by standard YS/T420  . Suitable for test aluminium alloy profile, pipe and plank, particularly suitable for production site,sales in the site or construction site where to test the hardness of the product fast and non-destructively . Webster has three types of hardness, respectively is universal, thick material type and thin tube

type.

Main features:
Small in size, light weight,can manual manipulation,easy to carry, and has verious shapes.
Easy to operate and it has no effect to the indication.

Usage: 
 Make sure whether the speciman is heat-treated or not,inspect the result of the heat treatment, judge the material mechanics performance to see whether it is qualified. Make sure whether the speciman is made of unqualified alloy or not, determine whether the material alloy composition is qualified. Test the items or the assemblies which are inconvenience to sent to a lab because they are too long, overweight.
Used in the production of inspection and acceptance inspection and quality supervision and inspection.
